Yoga is a sanctuary for Hillary, a place to reconnect, center and slow down. Her classes draw from carefully crafted, alignment-based sequences that invite students to explore balance, concentration, and calm amidst any challenge. She encourages all bodies and minds to step onto the mat and move, embracing the philosophy that yoga can benefit everyone in some way.She has been studying anatomy and kinesiology for many years. She received a B.A. in Biology from UC Berkeley, conducted researched in Neuroscience labs, and assisted Physical Therapists, all of which contribute to her knowledge as a yoga teacher.
She is a 200 Hour Yoga-Alliance Certified Instructor and continues to study under Jason Crandell and Annie Carpenter.
